I decided to use a knitting machine for most of the garment area and hand knit for a small portion because hand knitting is just too slow.
However, because the wire is stiffer than ordinary cotton, it is often torn off during the braiding process. This led me to waste a lot of time trying to keep knitting over and over again from scratch.
